Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice is governed by a Board of Directors made up of community members from our service area.

The Leadership Team consists of our President/CEO, Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Marketing and Development, Director of Home Care, Director of Hospice, Director of Compliance and Performance Improvement, Director of Administrative Services and Director of Transitional Care.

The Professional Advisory Committee consists of licensed physicians, registered nurses and other professionals qualified in hospice and home care services. The committee recommends home care and hospice medical policies, procedures, and patient care protocols that are consistent with accepted standards of practice; conducts an annual review of agency programs/services and clinical operations; serves in the capacity of a committee for home care and hospice utilization review; and reviews and advises the Board of Directors and staff on any ethical conflict or moral dilemma in connection with patient care.

The Foundation Trustee Committee consists of three active members of the Board of Directors and several community members from our service area. The committee recommends to the Board of Directors the fund development program structure and policies for solicitation, acceptance, investment and use of dollars raised as well as annually review and recommend the philanthropic case for support, recommends the annual plan to achieve the fund development goals established in the agency annual budget, and reviews the allocation of funds raised within the annual budget.
